Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at help@unikclothing.store with your order number and cancellation request

Note:

  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

  • Prepaid order amounts will be refunded within 10 working days (after successful cancellation confirmation).


Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following scenarios:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product

  • You receive the wrong item (wrong size, color, or product)

  • The product is lost in transit and undeliverable

  • Your order is cancelled within the allowed time frame

Refund Process:

  1. Email us at help@unikclothing.store within 12 hour of receiving the product.

  2. Attach images of the product and describe the issue clearly.

  3. Once approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.

Important: Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Size or color dissatisfaction due to customer error (refer to our size guide before ordering)

  • Products returned in used, damaged, or washed condition

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch


Return & Exchange Policy

We offer hassle-free exchanges on eligible products in case of:

  • Size issues

  • Product defects

  • Wrong product received

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us within 12 hour of receiving the item

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Courier pickup or return address details will be shared by our support team

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a full refund (where applicable).


Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Items on clearance/sale

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards or store credits
